We offer daily and season ski and snowboard rental packages at our Angel Fire, Santa Fe, Taos Ski Valley, and Salida shops. Our team takes an individualized approach to rentals, including measuring every rental customer’s feet, to ensure a better-fitting setup.
Reservations are recommended, especially during peak times. Online rental reservations save 10%, require no deposit, and help to guarantee your gear during peak periods.
Daily rentals can be picked up after 2pm the evening before your rental date, and returned before 10am the morning after use, without an additional daily charge. Our daily rental packages include damage insurance.
Our brick-and-mortar shops connect online convenience with local, in-store support. Visit your nearest Bluebird location to pick up rentals, to get help choosing gear, or to talk with a shop technician about servicing your gear.
Well-maintained skis and snowboards perform better, last longer, and feel more predictable on the snow. Our shop teams can help you understand the tuning service your gear actually needs, from a hot wax or edge sharpening to a full tune, a base grind, a core-shot repair estimate, a binding mount or remount, or a snowboard binding adjustment.
Boots can make or break your ski day. Bluebird offers bootfitting support at our shops, including boot purchasing guidance, custom footbeds, and liner heat molding, with appointment options for Angel Fire, Santa Fe, and Salida. We’ll explain your options clearly, and recommend the tune, repair, adjustment, or support that best matches your needs.

Blue Bird Ski Rental went above and beyond for our family. They stayed open late the day we arrived to make sure we were all set with skis, and every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and just a pleasure to work with. On our last day, we were worried we’d have to cut skiing short to return our gear, but they worked with us to arrange an easy return so we could enjoy every minute on the mountain. Truly a great experience from start to finish—highly recommend!
